Originally commissioned as a soundtrack to a movie that sadly was canned during the covid crisis, Neon Devil is an unapologetic love letter to artists like Carpenter Brut, Perturbator and inspired by movies such as natural born killers, Drive and video games like Hotline Miami.

The original compositions were re recorded in Cancun, Mexico over two weeks during May 2019, with guitars being added at Pink flamingo studios later in the year.

Due to the instrumental nature of the album, I have kept this record in the vault, unsure whether to release or not but a recent playthrough convinced me this record has enough to offer to exist on it's own merit.

I hope you enjoy the thick nasty synths, the driving retro beats, the huge distorted guitars and even the two love ballads (love under the neon sky and Mexican heat)

The artwork was created by the sickeningly talented Maddie Egremont.
